The ideal anniversary bookend gift
These substantial bookends make great wedding or anniversary presents engraved with the couple’s name and the date of the wedding. They are hand crafted from a single piece of the finest prime A Grade English or European oak.
Each precision cut and sanded oak bookend measures 15×9.5x20cm and weighs approximately 2 kgs. Each bookend is finished with a number of coats of fine mineral oil giving a subtle, lustrous finish. The solid oak bookends may be purchased singly or as a pair (priced singly). Please note that due to the size of the single piece of oak used in each bookend, despite being seasoned timber, it is susceptible to cracking. This should not affect the usability of the bookends.
As well as wedding gifts, these bookends make excellent birthday and new home gifts, and can be engraved on the front face with initials, dates, names, house names or a phrase or saying. Each wooden bookend may be further personalised with a design from our range of 2D and 3D motifs. We can also create your very own unique personalised cipher.
Product variations – while the images on this page are representative of the timber used in our products, wood is a natural material and the item that we craft for you will have its own unique grain characteristics and may not always have uniform colour.
